1. Conditions for a Return or Exchange
We have a 3-day return and exchange policy. You are eligible to request a refund or exchange if you contact us within 3 days of the delivery date and meet one of the following conditions:
- The product you received is broken or damaged.
- You received a different product from the one you ordered.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with any tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we are contacted, our customer executive team will require photo and video evidence to verify the issue. If the product was received within the 3-day time period and the claim is verified and approved, a refund will be initiated within the next 3 working days. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the reasons stated above, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will ship the correct item to you.
4. Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
